Led the design development, pre-construction, estimating, and Risk Management Assurance for Chevron for a new $254 million Corporate Office located in Covington, Louisiana. The new facility added approximately 358,000 sq. ft. of additional office space to the existing office campus of equal size. This project included a new parking facility for 1,138 automobile parking spaces. Led the team on the renovation of an existing 120,000 sq. ft. office building located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with an approximate budget of $25 Million, inclusive of a $5 Million IT Budget.
